Summary

The master's program Childhood Studies and Children's Rights held a public lecture series in the winter semester of 2013/2014 on the topic of Making Children's Rights Real. Advocacy, Monitoring, Self-organization. The lecture series was on the one hand streamed via Adobe Connect so that all those interested in hearing and seeing the lectures didn't have to travel to the Freie Universität. On the other hand the lectures were recorded and made available publicly on the homepage of the study program via a link. The aim of the offer was to open up the lecture series and the topic for a wider audience and thereby increasing the awareness level for the master's program. The recordings of the lectures can be used as learning material in the subsequent semesters. The implementation of Adobe Connect allowed a cross-site streaming and recording with little effort.
